Phone number came up when I was unable to load Prime on my new TV, I called the number and they said they needed to verify some of my information and use RemoteDesk to tap into my phone. They accessed my debit card and also used my husband's credit card to buy Amazon gift cards. I've notified my bank and credit card companies as well as Amazon since this started the issue
Person calls me at least once per day for weeks, then when i finally answer the individual said his name was Greg (last name beginning with M) and would not identify how i was supposed to know him so I hung up.
Claimed to be from Spectrum, the Cable TV and Internet service provider and to reduce my current Spectrum service. Claimed to offer me a promotion discount of around $50 per month. When transferred to the person to finalize the offer, they said the new service was with AT&T. I refused to offer.
I had call from Maya to call this number regarding a Claim filed against me. She left a message with a reference number. I saved the message. I definitely won’t be calling back!
