I got a check for $3850.00 in the mail/ups from Tennessee technological university this number was in the return address. We are not sure why we got this check. I called the school they said it was fraudulant. The name on the return address is Ashley Anderson.
These people are scum. The company is Check Resolutions. They are telling me that they are going to serve me papers either at my residence or my job tomorrow. They called my cell AND my work phone number. Apparently I owe them on a payday loan. Oddly enough, I've NEVER TAKEN a payday loan. They threaten to sue you and all types of crazy things.
Same thing here. But I learned one thing - whatever you do, don't call these yahoos back. If you're on a "do not call list", and you call them back to see who's calling you, that apprently gives them legal right to keep calling you back. That's what I was told by a guy who used to telemarket.
WE don't answer this anymore but we get a call at least once a day for the past three weeks. The number belongs to Warrior Golf. They won't stop calling for some reason.
