I have been getting texts and missed calls from this number, which I do not recognize. I do not know anyone who lives in Lawrence, MA. I sent a reply to one of the texts saying that I thought they had a wrong number and asking whom they were trying to reach but got no reply.
Whoever these people are, they call me EVERY DAY at least 5-6 times. I want it to stop because they call early in the morning and late at night. I am recovering from cancer treatment and am trying to sleep, but am constantly interrupted by these phone calls. Please help.
I received a call about great news to lower my interest rate on credit card bills. Press 1 to speack to customer service immediately. I do not carry a balance on my credit card, so I hit 1 in hopes of removing my number from there list. The person that answered went into his greeting which was "Hi Would you like to lower your credit card interest rate today?" I responded by saying that I actually do not carry a balance so I want to remove my number from your call list. As I was saying this you can hear the phone rattle and then a hang up.
I just received a call from this number and I answered, but no one spoke. I don't have very good service in my area so I thought that the call was dropped. Thinking that it could have been an important call, I called it back and it just kept ringing. I feel that something needs to be done to stop these kinds of phone calls.
I just received a call from 415-223-7549. I let it go to voicemail. When checking, it was a woman's recorded voice message saying that they had 3 prizes available for me and to press #1 to find out which one is was. I just didn't trust it.
She never gave a name of company.
This caller likes to call at 5:30 in the morning and let it ring twice. Avoids the answering machine. Since no message is left, I dont know who the caller is.
Rudely left a message for someone unknown to me stating they were with the "Bank Fraud Unit for the state" When I called they were with a law office and I did not catch the name before they hung up on me. Sounds fishy to be impersonating the Bank Fraud Unit when they are actually a law firm.
Called harassed my elderly mother recovering from a stroke - telling her they were going to arrest her granddaughter. Also told my daughter they were going to issue a federal warrant for her arrest
Have had two calls from this number over the space of a week. No knowledge of caller. Registers as either a landline or a cellphone in Spring Valley, NY. First call missed. Second call answered. Music played briefly. No spoken communications. Highly suspect.
Computerized caller leaving message to call back if I know the person they are trying to reach. Calls daily, even after informing them that 1. I am not who they are looking for, & 2. I do not know who they are looking for. very annoying, I would say harassing.
This number calls me at least once a day - never leaving a message of any type. I will not answer without knowing who is taking up my valuable minutes since I only have a cell plan. This has been on going for at least 2 months.
Just hang up.
They are trying to install virus on your computer by going to their website or letting them take control of your computer.
