Why these people continue to call numbers in Canada makes little sense. This caller is associated with a hospital somewhere in the USA, that have hired a bill collection agency to harass people they believe owe them money. I have never been to a hospital in the USA and I am on a "do not call list" here in Canada. If I had reason to go to a hospital in the USA, I would have paid the bill there before I returned to Canada. If this harassment is not illegal in the USA, it sure should be!
