Number used by individual identified only as Eugene who on 6/15/23 and 6/16/23 attempted to defraud an elderly woman into contracting for expensive carpet removal services she did not need, did not have the legal standing to authorize, nor the medical capacity to make an informed decision about. He then also attempted to intimidate this woman's young adult family member via text message on 6/16/23 when the family member attempted to cancel those proposed services. Fraudster directly notified via text message and multiple consumer protection agencies notified on 6/16/23.
