I just found out this is a company employed by Allegan General Hospital to notify patients that they have a bill. Not a past due bill, mind you, just a bill. The caller ID does not show the hospital name, and a google search does not link HMC Group to Allegan General Hospital. If they would leave a message that it was a courtesy call from the hospital I would not have turned them in as a robo call. The gal who answered my call at the hospital offered to take me off of the caller list. Such an unnecessary intrusion in an era when most calls are scams.
