This number has called my cell phone 5 times since 1:33pm and hangs up after I answer the phone. The same number even called my house on the same day and hung up. It's a local number so when I called it back first it just stopped ringing, the second time I called there was no voicemail set up, and the third time voicemail was set up with just the phone number in the recording no name. This number called for the 4th time around 9:12pm. So I called it back again and nothing. Then at about 10:50pm this number called my cell phone again and when I answered there was a man with an accent that said I called him. I told him he called me 5 times and keeps hanging up. He said he was calling the wrong number and I responded with then how did you get my home phone number if you were calling the wrong number. He apologized and said it won't happen again, but I have a feeling he will be calling again.
