I think the person is impersonating Justin M Peed. He says he's a Reverend, then he said he's from Church of Latter Day Saints. Latter Day Saints churches have elders not Reverend. He posted a very big and nice house in West Los Angeles for very cheap rent on multiple websites, trulia.com, zillow.com and realtors.com. The impersonator is asking $600USD security deposit to be sent with the rental application. That's money sent before approving the applicant. He would not leave the key with any friends or church member in the local area for viewing or open house. Thus, I'm looking for more information on this phone number and wanting to report to the proper authorities.

It's funny we just had an experiance with this number also. He stated his name is Rev. Charles Eppley. I actually went to the house he had listed and got to meet the actual Charles Eppley who still lives at the home that is "for rent". It was so embarrassing. This guy is a scam asking for 600 deposit to mail me the keys. I hope someone catches this man.
