This is a call from United Health Care. It's a call from a Registered nurse but since you didn't answer the call an automated message is left for you. It's part of some insurance plans provided by United Health Care. I have received calls from them before. usually you speak with a registered nurse that's calling from United Health Care. They just ask you questions about your last visit with your doctor and ask you if you have any questions ie: new meds etc. It's not a scam. It's Real I have answered before.
