I had an account with Home Depot, now being handled bt Citi Commerce. They are double billing, marking me late when I wasn't. They call at all times. Account number with Home Depot is6035 3202 3396 2016. Oh, by the way, the interest is 30% per year. YES 30%. They promised to reduce and they DIDN'T.

Citi Commerce is totally unscrupulous. I closed my account with Home Depot. They charge 30% per year.
Think twice before you charge at Home Depot. They (Citi Commerce) will call you at any hour. I was never late. CitiCommerce double bills. They insinuate you have to pay the entire payment otherwise you will be marked late. I am reporting them under the FairCreditReportingAct.

These guys suck. They are calling my fax machine 5-9 times per day, but never send anything. I called them 423-477-6800, and was told that I don't have an extension or person to ask for, they can't help me. Thy claim there is too many people working there and nothing they can do.
