I am a real estate broker with property of Zillow. I received an email requesting a rental app from 415-662-8005. Rather then send a rental application I called the number. A recording came on saying my phone service did not include calling this number. What? The called ID states San Francisco. I called my provider and they could not call it either!! "Victoria John" who requested the rental app did not respond to my follow up email.
I got the email from Victoria John as well too today. She asks for rental app, I called but phone call can not go through. Then I sent email, she never respond.
I am a Real Estate Broker and got the same e-mail request for 415-662-8005 requesting an application and asking if the property was still available. Got the same strange recording that the call was outside my service coverage.
I got the same request through zillow and the return email address was J.ohnv.h.ess@gmail.com. They want your email and phone because this is another caribbean island scammer sitting in an internet cafe looking at the zillow information on how much the home is worth. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAIL
I AM SO ANNOYED!! This "Victoria John" person inquires about EVERY rental listing I have (no matter the size, price, etc) several times a day! My email is flooded with inquiries from "her" through hot pads, zillow, and a few others. They won't respond by email or call so I don't really see what the point in continuing to inquire is but I am really getting aggravated at having to delete 40 emails a day…

I have been having the same problem. Someone named Victoria John responds to all of our with the following comment

and (415) 662-8005. The email address always has the periods in different variations though, which is the first thing that tipped me off that it was spam. This had been happening for months and then suddenly I received an email that said in the From section Victoria John, but the email was spam trying to get me to sign up for some sort of resident screening. The sender at the bottom of the email was a man's name and definitely not Victoria John.
