This number called my business and just mumble away. I said they had the wrong number. They continued to mumble. Unsure if it was a female or Male. Looked up the number and this number has had a few complaints.

Called several times in a row. Appears to be a fax machine. Apparently the owners have a history of entering the wrong phone numbers and leaving the fax to keep trying over and over.
